Maison was designed with this purpose: room to breathe, and space to focus. Hopefully, you have never felt “on top of each other” in any area of the club or that it has ever been difficult to find seating. We have been incredibly intentional about our capacity from the beginning as the room to breathe and space to focus concepts would be impossible if overcrowding were an issue.

With that said, under the CDC guidelines and requirements from New York State, social distancing and a reduced capacity must be adhered to and managed. We have rearranged furniture, removed tables, and chairs, and will add protective shields to the co-working desks to comply. If seating becomes an obstacle for members we will implement a temporary reservation-based system or a modified guest policy and will communicate this to you.

Here are additional steps Maison and our staff are taking to keep our community healthy and safe:

  • Touchless check-in and screening procedure upon entry
  • Increased deep cleaning frequency with the highest quality disinfectant products from Ecologic Solutions & Vitaloxide (which we were using prior to COVID-19 as well) after business hours
  • Maison has hired a club attendant dedicated to cleaning and disinfecting during selected business hours
  • Increased frequency of club sanitization
  • VeriClean™ Portable UV-C Wand to disinfect all fabric surfaces
  • Hands-free soap dispensers in bathrooms and kitchen
  • Hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes available throughout the club for personal use
  • PPE available (latex gloves, surgical masks) if needed
  • Office supplies will be available upon request but not out in open for communal use
  • Posted record of routine cleaning for kitchen and bathroom areas
  • Installing partitions to separate selected seating areas
  • Individually wrapped condiments, disposable cutlery, and cups available
  • All food will be prepackaged
  • All staff members will be retrained on our expectations and best practices during COVID-19

All members and persons entering Maison will have their temperature checked by our staff upon arrival. Any person whose temperature is above 100ºF, will not be allowed to enter the club. If you feel unwell, please stay home and distance yourself from others. All persons will be requested to wear masks. However, once each person is in a safe spatially distant space, they can choose to wear or not wear the mask. We ask that all persons wear a mask when away from their designated area, and in the common spaces – reception, kitchen, and bathrooms, or when interacting with other persons.

If you have been exposed to COVID-19 we ask that you please let our staff know right away so we can undertake the necessary disinfecting measures. Sick members should not return to Maison until they have met the CDC’s criteria to discontinue home isolation, or have tested negative for COVID-19. This is in the best interest for you and your community.

Updated hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8am-6pm.

Each member and their guest who enters the club will be asked to acknowledge our new safety protocol outlined in the club rules addendum.

Even in these extraordinary times, I am so grateful for this community and the opportunity to grow and expand and deliver on our mission. We want you to feel safe at Maison and will do everything we can to provide you the Maison experience
